These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://sheconverts.com (the "Site"), operated by She Converts LLC ("She Converts," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, booking a call, or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site provides information about our services and allows you to book consultation calls with our team. You agree to provide accurate, current information when booking or contacting us, and to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to transmit malicious code, scrape content, or interfere with the Site's operation.
By checking the optional consent checkbox on our booking form at sheconverts.com/book-call-3950, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from She Converts, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notifications, and follow-ups regarding a missed appointment. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a call or purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You will typically receive 2–4 messages per booked appointment.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts. To rejoin, book a new appointment and opt in again.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Descriptions of our services on the Site are for general information and do not constitute a binding offer. Any engagement of our services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and She Converts LLC, which will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and page designs — is owned by She Converts LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, She Converts LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless She Converts LLC and its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
