Last updated: August 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how She Converts LLC ("She Converts," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit https://sheconverts.com, book a call with us, contact us, or opt in to receive text messages from us.

By using our website or providing your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit your information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you voluntarily give us, including:

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number
  • Business information: company name, website, role, revenue range, or other details you share when booking a discovery call or completing a form
  • Communications: the content of messages you send us by email, contact form, chat widget, or text message
  • Scheduling information: the date, time, and time zone of any call you book with us

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information through cookies, pixels, and server logs, including:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location (city or region level)
  • Browser type and version, operating system, and device type
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and scroll behavior
  • The referring website or ad that brought you to our site
  • Dates and times of your visits

1.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from advertising platforms, analytics providers, scheduling tools, and our customer relationship management system. This is typically limited to attribution data (which ad or channel you came from) and information you provided to those platforms in connection with our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and send reminders about your discovery call
  • Respond to your questions and communicate with you about our services
  • Send you marketing communications by email, where permitted; text messages are limited to appointment-related communications as described in Section 3
  • Deliver, maintain, and improve our services
  • Measure and improve the performance of our website, content, and advertising
  • Build audiences and measure conversions on advertising platforms
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

3. SMS and Text Messaging

3.1 How You Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages from She Converts in one way: by checking the optional consent checkbox on our appointment booking form at sheconverts.com/book-call-3950 when providing your phone number. The checkbox discloses the messaging program, message frequency, applicable rates, and how to opt out before you submit your number. We do not enroll contacts in text messaging through any other method.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a call or purchasing any goods or services.

3.2 What Messages You Will Receive

Messages are limited to appointment-related communications: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notifications, and follow-ups regarding a missed appointment. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

3.3 Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send and receive according to your plan.

3.4 How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further texts from that program. To rejoin, opt in again as you did originally.

Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (817) 917-7868.

3.5 Carriers and Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

4. No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf, such as customer service providers and the messaging platform that delivers our texts, is permitted solely for the purpose of operating the messaging program. Those providers are contractually prohibited from using your mobile information for their own purposes.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number or SMS consent to any third party for their own marketing use, under any circumstances.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

5.1 What We Use

We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies. These fall into three general categories:

  • Strictly necessary: required for the site and booking tools to function
  • Analytics: help us understand how visitors find and use the site, including which pages perform well
  • Advertising: measure ad performance, attribute conversions, and build audiences for retargeting

5.2 Specific Tools

We use the Meta Pixel and may use Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, and similar tools from other advertising platforms. These tools set their own cookies and may collect information about your activity on our site and across other sites over time.

5.3 Your Choices

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site functions. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through:

  • Your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences
  • The Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
  • The Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info
  • The Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable law.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers. Companies that operate our business on our behalf, including scheduling, email, CRM, hosting, analytics, and payment processing. They may access your information only to perform services for us and are contractually required to protect it.
  • Advertising platforms. Limited data for conversion measurement and audience building, as described in Section 5. This never includes SMS opt-in data.
  • Legal requirements. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of She Converts, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • With your consent. Any other sharing will be done only with your direction or permission.

As stated in Section 4, SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the above categories except subcontracted support services.

7. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
  • Access controls limiting employee and contractor access to information on a need-to-know basis
  • Reputable third-party platforms that maintain their own security programs
  • Password protection and multi-factor authentication on business-critical systems
  • Periodic review of our vendors and access permissions

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations. Where we no longer have a business or legal reason to keep your information, we delete it or de-identify it.

Records of SMS opt-in and opt-out are retained as required by telecommunications regulations and carrier requirements, even after you opt out, so that we can honor your opt-out.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Regardless of where you live, you may:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct or update inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Request a copy of your information in a portable format
  • Unsubscribe from email by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing us
  • Opt out of text messages by replying STOP to any message

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] or call (817) 917-7868. We will verify your identity before acting on your request and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

State and Regional Rights

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and the processing of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly understood. To submit a request, use the contact information above.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have rights under the GDPR including the right to object to processing, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party websites and tools that we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top.
